Very friendly staff alway helpfull. Place was packed but they moved tables about to accommodate larger partys. Food was fast and tasty

My family and I came here for the first time, and we truly enjoyed both the delicious food. We ate chicken, cheeseburger and lasagne, and we’re pleased with Suat Bey’s warm hospitality.The hygiene rating was 4 out of 5 — of course, we would have preferred a 5, but we still had a pleasant experience and would recommend it.

Today I visited this place for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, calm atmosphere and delicious food. I was craving a dessert so I went for the deep pan apple pie and the lovely waitress Irem said I could choose what ice cream to get, so I naturally went with vanilla The food menu looked very tempting and I saw some great vegetarian/vegan options, so I’ll definitely come back in the future and try more from their food menu! Overall I recommend this place, there were lots of couples and families there so I can tell it’s a hot spot for locals

This is a very busy, cafe just off Cheltenham high street. It's been in the same location for years and is alwaysbusy so its doing something right! The service was amazing. The experienced staff make sure you are well looked after. We went for brunch . It did not disappoint. The eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. I gave the atmosphere a 4 only because it was way too many tables squished into this cafe. You can barely move in and out of your table. It's definitely not wheelchair friendly. This cafe is also extremely loud so not a good environment for anyone who is sensitive to noise. We visited on a Saturday morning, so this may have been why it was over crowded. Next time I'll try it mid week, but will go back and highly recommend it!
